Mod. PS25 Professional Stainless Steel Ironing Machines of 2,5 lt.

The professional steam iron with separated boiler PS25 is an ironing machine that, for its architecture: small and practical and operating system, are well used in both the household and professional field.

As a matter of fact, the operating system and the components have been developed for irons providing industrial performances, but implemented into a smart structure fitted to satisfy both household and professional requirements.

The boiler

The boiler is made of stainless steel so as to be limestone-proof even with tap water. It has a capacity of 2,0 liters permitting to iron for about two hours. Its internal structure is designed to get the “right water filling” thus making the formation of a steam chamber possible.

The components (all replaceable individually):

§ copper heating element plunged into water for electric conservation

§ pressure switch to a steady control of the pressure

§ safety thermostat with probe for a direct control of the heating element, it intervenes in case of a sudden rise of the temperature

§ steam switch

§ missing water red light

§ safety cap with safety valve

The steam iron mof. FS454

The industrial steam iron FS454 of 1,8 kg has a monohose, that is a steam hose of mm 5x10 plus current supply cord fastened together by a Nylon coating, which connects the iron to the boiler.

Its most revolutionary feature is the pressure die-cast aluminium plate with 32 steam chambers. This particular structure permits to eliminate the condense produced in the steam hoses for an anti-drop performance even with a steam hose of 5,0 metre.

The heating element is directly welded in the plate’s upper part concentrating, in this way, on the counterbalance 2/3 of the weight; by means of this structure the heat can be uniformly given off and the heating element is long-life.

Its main components are:

	safety bimetallic thermostat with manual reset for an exact temperature control
	thermostat for the anti-drop regulation (the plate temperature at the minimum is 60°C)
	handle made of steel bracket to grant sturdiness and a plastic covering with built-in wings as a protection against steam
	anti-perspiration cork handle
	steam button that can be fitted for left-handed, too

MOD. PA012/1 VACUUM BLOWING AND HEATED IRONING BOARD

The vacuum table PA012/1 has been designed to satisfy customers’ desire to get a clean-crisp, fast and effortless ironing.

It is wholly made of metal ensuring steadiness and sturdiness for heavy-duty professional works.

The working surface upper side (cm 125x40) is heated to ensure the max ironing speed while the heat, in the lower side, dries up the steam sucked.

The vacuum sticks the garment to the board and rids it of the steam almost at once, crisping it perfectly so to hang the garment dried up.

The up-air functions makes the garment swell with the effect to iron on an air bubble. Both these two functions work uniformly all over the working surface by a special air canalisation system. Moreover, it is the structure itself to support the ironing work and not the net underneath the cover, preventing in this way structural modifications which could be caused by the wear and tear of the material.

This ironing board is useful for getting a perfect ironing of every garment: jackets, wool suits and so on, because, by the warmed and up air, the fabric revives and gets new softness and freshness.

By means of this table, the most unskilled user can get a clean-crisp ironing result even with particularly delicate garments such as shirts or jackets, because the up-air function opens the creases automatically. In the end, the adjustable height permits to choose the most comfortable working position easily.
